Yesterday, i have posted short article about importance of motivation, following up i am going to provide some background, what has inspired me to write it.

So, i am someone, who has been training in one way or another for the most of my life.
However when i was approaching my 18th birthday, i have endured a significant back injury, which happened while lifting weights.

Since then i have tried many different approaches including endurance work, calisthenics and different types of weight lifting and fitness combinations.
Over several years i learned how to live with that pain in my back and started to treat it as something i have to live with.

Unfortunately, this winter it came back strong and was affecting my life so much that i've decided to do something about it.

So i went to the therapist which after close inspection, prescribed me a lot of stabilizing ecxcercises, and completely forbid me to lift weights.For at least half of the year...

NO MORE DEADLIFTS , NO MORE SQUATS , NO MORE BENCHPRESS

Luckily my back pain went away and i started to feel better and better about it, now almost to the point where it is not a problem anymore, however everything comes at the price...So while i don't feel pain anymore, my body also does not look like i lift and during the summer it is not something that i particularly enjoy.

I have always been passionate about working out so i think it is time for me, to slowly start my journey to come back to not only feeling good, but also looking nice and healthy.

@diginomad Dekui, nepamaisytu :)

For some people it's hard to start working out whereas it's tough for others to stop. The good news is that you don't have to stop doing sports, you're just limited and one thing you enjoyed a lot is not possible anymore..
I hope the pain isn't too bad and that you can get back to it soon! :)

@theywillkillyou Thank you for your kind words, you are absolutely right. To every problem there is a solution, the tough part it to realize that and act on it.

Great body sir and in fact a good article too.

It really important to teach our mind and keeps motivating by reading such stuff or by watching motivational video.
