The girl screams ‘Ow! Ow! Ow, you hurt my eye!' after he fires two shots at dog. Betts’ bullets had ricocheted off the ground and fragments hit both the girl and her dog. Betts was fired after incident and now faces a felony charge of aggravated battery.
