I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Friday was another day where I skipped my Hot Yoga Class, failed to eat healthy, played too many games and I really need to watch out that I don't see the same old pattern come back of doing well for a while but unable to attain it and drift into a longer period of letting myself go. So on Saturday I will try my best to get myself to a yoga class and eat healthy.


Today Goals: Focus on football while eating healthy and joining a hot yoga class.
