Last week was a totall off week not being able to keep up the momentum mainly after a dissapointment following a dating event which tends to happen more often. However, I'm looking toet back on track next week slowly easing into it as I will have more time the coming months as the Football season has nearly fully come to an end.

After 3 weeks getting to 10k steps, I now fuilly neglected this doing just 23550 in the entire week. My Weight is back up to 71kg and my skin has starten to worsen but overall on both ends the damage is quite limited top the point where I shouldn't have too much of a setback if I pick things up again.
