Fear is a necessary fight or flight emotion that can pop up at the most inappropriate of times - when it's not necessary. I'm still trying to conquer my fear of flying so that I may see the world. One day!

The way to overcome your fear is stop thinking that the airplane wil crash down, just keep in mind that every minute people are flying around the world, and there are almost no crashes worldwide. It's like thinking about a shark will attack you in the ocean, while that chance is very small. So fear is the result of what we create in our minds, you just need to learn to think different.
