My dads condition has taught me more than any other life experience.
The ego will trick you into thinking you’re your thoughts & intelligence, but these can easily change. Perhaps we become different to those who know past versions of ourselves, but we will necessarily grow & learn & change for better or worse depending on the observers perspective, however the person experiencing these changes will still be the same consciousness regardless of major changes.

Exactly, not objectively provable, but there is a lot of reasons to believe these nervous systems we use are more like a spaceship than our true identity, at least according to my subjective logic 😊
