Telegram. How to make friends with multiple telegram accounts

Create a text file with the extension .reg
Copy this text:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\tg\shell\open\command]
@=""C:\Telegram\Telegram.exe" -workdir "C:/Telegram/" -- "%1""

If you want, change the program path.
Save and run the file.
To change to another default telegram, create a second file, etc. etc.
