I loved the section about the present, was a total mind F for me lol you don’t usually think of it that way. Once you do it then takes of a Willy Wonka river boat trip aspect! There's a problem with all the new agey "spiritual" "be in the now", "there is only the present" bs. A positivity mask to make people feel good. This ca lead to just focus on their instant immediate gratification, and the future trajectory is ignored, and not learning from the past too. As if it
s all about "now" and enjoying life "now"... many problems in our times come from this short-sighted focus.
