Sorry, your system should not require anyone to signup for anything and even if you do go that route you should use Steemconnect which is trusted and open source.
All you really need to do is ask people to delegate SP to the account you plan to use to counter grumpy. So if someone wants to support they can just delegate to that account however much SP they wish to donate and take it away whenever they wish to stop supporting you.

Sounds good. I think that people thinking of similar things only adds credence to the possibility of success here. There should be an experiment to see how far we get. We (@firedream) should draft a EULA and disclaimer for users to agree to when delegating SP. This way we can manage our expectations and no one gets hurt.
