Hello Dear Steemian! Please allow me to share with you an article that i found while Browsing from the internet, it was indeed a very interesting topic that tackles personal development.

Literally it was came from the book written by Stephen Covey, where it was published in 1989, and has been a top-seller for the simple reason that it ignores trends and pop psychology for proven principles of fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity. The book title is 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
What does the author means when he says about habits? From the title itself it was very intriguing After seeing it, out of curiousity i just tap the article to start reading it, and this what's lead me.
The First Three Habits surround moving from dependence to independence
Habit 1 - Be Proactive
creating or controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than responding to it after it has happened.
In My Understanding!
Meaning make small commitments and keep them, Be part of the solution, not part of the problem. When you make mistake, admit it, correct it and learn from it immediately and don't get into a blaming, accusing mode.
Habit 2 - Begin with the End in Mind
Envision what you want in the future so you can work and plan towards it. Understand how to make decision in life.
In My Understanding!
It means whatever plans you have started, finish it, set your goals and fullfill your personal mission statement
Habit 3 - Put First Things First
In this part it talks about the difference between Leadership and Management what is important and what is urgent to you.
Priority should be given in the following order!
▶Important and Urgent
▶Important and not Urgent
▶Not Important and Urgent
▶Not Important and not Urgent
In My Understanding!
Means that you must learn to prioritize and know how to sort a given task or scenario.
The Next Three Habits Talks About Interdependence
Habit 4 - Think Win-Win
It is a character for mutually beneficial solutions or agreements in your relationships a based code for human interaction and collaboration.

Meaning it is a relation which benefits both parties, work together, win together
Habit 5 - Seek first to understand, then to be understood
Talks about character, and your relationships, and then the logic of your presentation, This creates an atmosphere of caring, and positive problem solving.

This habit talks about interaction, to be able to care, listen and know their point of view so that others can follow and understand you.
Habit 6 - Synergize
Combine the strengths of people through positive teamwork, to achieve goals that no one could have done alone.

This is were we harvest the fruit of our hardwork from applieng all the habits that we have learned.
Habit 7 - Sharpen the Saw
Balance and renew your resources, energy, and health to create a sustainable, long-term, effective lifestyle. It primarily emphasizes exercise for physical renewal, good prayer.

It talks about continues education and constant improvement in order to grow and develop all the habits in our daily life.
