Btw, @papa-pepper, have you heard of The Reptile Man? He came to visit our local library with an assortment of really cool reptiles. In the end, we all got to hold a 6 yr old alligator, a leatherback turtle and an 8 ft Burmese Python. Anyway, he also brought a water moccasin which made me think of you. He has his own Reptile Zoo in NW Washington and he does surgery to remove the venom sacs from his snakes. He's been at it for over 30 years, but he was a super cool presenter. Really knowledgeable and funny too. Just had to share with someone who might appreciate it. It was a great homeschool opportunity for my kiddos since I'm not nearly as brave with critters as you! 😊
Very cool! Never heard of him, but did now. We just went to some presentations at a 4H thing, and during the one about frogs, @mama-pepper wondered why we were even there, because our @little-peppers pretty much LIVE IT on the daily. LOL

I used to enjoy hosting a petting zoo and let all the preschoolers have a turn milking our goat back in California. The little ones are naturals! Adults take more practice! Lol!
