Amazed by a building created using recycled containers

in #life23 days ago

I never felt a real fascination with architecture until I saw the creations, which made me realize how amazing the work of architects is. They have the talent to create something nice using the materials that are meant to be thrown or left to rot. An old container can be transformed into an amazing cluster of offices with the imaginative minds of designers. Here's an example that I saw a while ago.

The containers have this industrial look to them but when combined with natural elements like vines in a proper placement then the result becomes a building of the future. There's a modern appeal to it that is incomparable to buildings that were built using commercial materials and methods of construction.

If you think about it, the things that you need in a house or building can be incorporated into the structure of a container and then it becomes livable. Run all of the electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning services is workable within the spaces between the finishes and the metal casing of the container.

With the growing number of discarded containers, I believe that this kind of building method would be a good way to reuse them. It's logical to build something out of it that will allow us to reduce our dependency on construction materials. I think it's a good use of something that may be left to rust and be destroyed and turn it to something that will be used for a much longer duration.

I think with proper treatment of the metal frames and constant maintenance it will result in something that can rival the houses or buildings that were built using commercial construction materials as well.

I have heard a lot about this concept. It is becoming quite popular nowadays and some big companies like TATA even design and provide a complete house made of containers for you. According to them, they are more sustainable, and strong, and we all know that building them is easier than building a normal concrete house, which means it also saves time.
