Light now this is sites like youtube and this is just the beginning.of freelance jobs.
namely being able to control time,place of work,and be consistent to handle certain projects.This is a plus for companies because of their potential.Using a platform like this is easier to recruit freelancers.The reason is because it will focus on the profile,tastes and expectations of the younger generation who are looking for work.
because the difficulty of finding workers who are relevant to a particular project forces the company to find a solution.So,here the economic gig functions. For the sake of saving time and effort,eventually many companies are looking for reliable staff who are ready to work for certain projects.This refers to freelance workers.
But might now have the schooling or traditional interview skills that decide job placement. It might get very competitive but if enough sites we can have enough opportunities.
