The reason is because it will focus on the profile, tastes and expectations of the younger generation who are looking for work.

For the sake of saving time and effort, eventually many companies are looking for reliable staff who are ready to work for certain projects. This refers to freelance workers.
But might now have the schooling or traditional interview skills that decide job placement. It might get very competitive but if enough sites we can have enough opportunities.
