I’m addressing notes in my notepad and expanding my finished articles folder rather than writing one article at a time like I typically do, then going back and forth to it, editing and trimming and editing and trimming and eddided and trimmimming and emming and triddididing and Evelyn and Trinidad, and emery cloth, and trinisomethingelse and.
I’m revisiting them, trying to remember what I was thinking when I wrote it, which usually proves impossible so I just end up freestyling the whole thing anyway. This note said “Fake meat is an ad driven movement.”
How’s it goin? Happy Monday—another day food corporations didn’t have to do anything to earn our trust. We slept on it and decided they can have it, “here’s my life, please be nice to it!” When a movement takes shape, I question the origin. When a movement takes shape that is ad driven, like a vape pen claiming to be a harmless alternative to the once, asthma - curing - cigarettes, I question the motive.
Fake meat—I understand the hype. Our incisors suffer neglect from chewing on earthly items intended for human consumption cured only by tearing into DNA saturated mammal flesh. No fake meat or fake anything company has their product on the shelf because they’re concerned for your health. It’s an ad driven movement.

We’re all figuring this stuff out at the same time. Ranchers, farmers, and investment bankers backing the farming industry don’t eat the same meat you eat. I’m right there with you, we’re all learning this stuff together, congratulations! Imagine when consuming mass-industrialized produced byproducts originating from cattle is absurd (just the sentence was awkward). We’ll be reading about it like we read about Henry Ford inventing the assembly line and the 20th century will be the ‘pet consumption era’ or something weird like that which will probably just get reworded and edited in the designed #history books anyway.
The British pound is valued ‘about’ 25% higher than USD—23.2%. It fluctuates between 22 and 24, I call it 25% because the math is easier to convert (stay with me). Simple example: 25% of $20 USD is 5. 20 minus 5 equals 15—that means $20 USD equals £15 Pounds (about). What does that have to do with meat? Nothing. What does it have to do with meet? A whole farm.
When the two currencies meEt, then what? They’re equally stagnant? I’ve been told less than 10 years ago the British pound was valued 2:1 over USD. The current valuation of world currencies has USD in ninth place—barely capable of maintaining a top 10 spot. The British pound is one of eight currencies worth more than the US dollar and is currently the fifth most valuable currency in the world. The Euro is valued 15% higher than USD, 20% less than five years ago, and is currently in seventh place on the world currency value chart.
At this rate, in roughly five years, the British pound, Euro, and USD can potentially zero each other out—then what? When USD can’t be held accountable to verify the value of world currencies and the Pound, the Euro and USD are equal in value, they’re equally stale and each would spend identically making them??
C: Equally worthless.
