Cuaca juga sangat penting kita ketahui,terutama bagi para petani dan nelayan. Menentukan jenis tanaman harus mengerti cuaca. Para petani harus mengerti informasi cuaca. Misalnya petani menanam padi di musim hujan. Sedangkan memanen pada musim panas. Karena menjemur padi dibutuhkan panas yang cukup.
Padi ditanam pada musim penghujan. Padi membutuhkan air yang banyak. Pertumbuhan padi menjadi baik karena air. Jika kekurangan air tanaman tidak subur. Padi akan mati jika tanahnya kering.
Dan juga Para petani garam juga harus mengetahui cuaca. Membuat garam dilakukan pada musim panas. Pembuatan garam memerlukan banyak panas. Hal itu dimaksudkan untuk penguapan air. Semakin banyak panas maka semakin baik..
