There are times that you want to just walk everyone from people in general. Some people can be so ridiculous in this world.
If this is the worst part of your day how long can your life really be. A working man in a good truck parked behind me and it sucks I can't drive my car. Stuff happens it doesn't need to control your life. Can you please think that maybe you shouldn't try and get people in trouble by paying the phone number and company name. What are you hoping someone that does his job to take care of himself to get in trouble? Find him and all him to move? If this adult stuff too hard?
