For avoiding chemicals l want to listed for you a few remedies for coughing that l use
1)HONEY : By mixing two teaspoons of honey with warm water or herbal tea you will feel relaxition at your sorethroat and coughing. If you add little lemon it will be better home remedy
- PROBIOTICS: They dont relieve a cough directly but help to balance your immune system and gastrointestinal flora.
3)PEPPERMINT: Its leaves are well known with healing properties. Mentol in peppermint soothes throat and acts as a decongestant helpingto broke down mucus. You can benefit by drinking peppermint tea on by inhaling peppermint vapors from a steam bath. Put 3,4 drops in hot water.. drap a towel on your head, and take deaph breath. I always do that.
- SALT AND WATER GARGLE: It can help sooth a scratchy throat that causes to cough. 2 teaspoon salt and a glass of warm water (not hot) will help you. But children under age 6 can not do that, this is for only adults. Because they cant.
