This year has witnessed a lot of things; increased tensions between the United States and North Korea, the release of the much awaited Pirates of the Caribeans; dead men tell no tales , the introduction of Stranger Things into my movie stash and the slump of Arsene Wenger's Arsenal for Europe's Elite Competition (European Champions' league)to Europe's tier 2 Competition (Europa league) 😧 and the rise of Tottenham Hotspur who qualified for the European Champions' league 😬, well as it is commonly said the fall of a giant leads to the rise of a new one. And not forgetting the fall and rise of Naira but mostly remembering how much it fell by 😢.
This year has had its ups and downs, there are somethings we wished we should have done at the beginning of the year like my brother who wishes he could go back to the beginning of the year when 1bitcoin was priced between $800-$1150, now I see why God hasn't given man the wisdom to create a time-machine, it would be chaos.
At this time of the year people try to do the things that was not done in 11 months within 31 days which leads to an increase in Road accident and Social vices. The remaining days in this year is enough to accomplish some good and that would be a plus one on your list of good things for Santa Claus. As you enjoy Christmas and what the New Year brings let us not forget to share with people around us this season is about Love and Sharing.
