If you could have ONLY one, which would you choose? 1. Lots of Money 2. Lots of Knowledge 3. Lots of girlfriends/boyfriends/lovers 4. Lots of influence/power ?

You need to have konwledge to have power. When you have power/influence you really don't need money and you get all the girls/boys you want, so I guess no. 4 is the logical answer :)
