Having started with silence, as many of us turn to anger or shouting to show how powerful we are while it is silent that has more power. So here are 10 Traits of mentally strong people:
They are able to stay calm and maintain self-control.
They have clear boundaries between themselves and other people.
They respect their own and others’ boundaries.
They don’t become defensive or feel completely crushed when someone is critical of them or their work.
Where appropriate … they are able to take their fair share of the blame and are quick to apologize when they are in the wrong.
They are flexible and willing to adapt or change.
They know their limitations and are happy to be helped.
They forgive themselves willingly – and then move on with life.
They don’t bear grudges or play games with people’s feelings.
They are responsible, persistent, and are people of their word.

Yes I do agree with the above points. One of my favorite quotes goes something like this "It is better to remain silent and thought a fool; then to open your mouth and remove all doubt".

Mentally strong people are rare then.
I agree with you on this, but you can still find them if you look hard enough :) we also can learn to be mentally strong as we can learn how to love, needs some practice.
