Thanks max. As usual you sum things up beautifully. I began a Notice of Non Consent and Liability process against NBN technology being installed at my residence. I sent it to all the head honchos of NBN and Optus, and copied in the various ministers in the Fed govt. Optus cut me off anyway and basically forced me to go on it based on the compelled performance statute from Fed Govt. So ive just sent a Notice of Liability to the same fuckers. Its all we can do mate. Just keep plugging away.
