Is residual stress tied up in the tension in our bodies?
Last night I ate a pretty damn spicy burrito before bed. I woke up in the wee hours feeling baaaaaad.
And not just because of indigestion.
Stress
Residual, undefinable, shitty bad feeling. All you can do is try to identify the worries, the fears, the hopes, the calamities awaiting you behind every thought door. Or is there another option?
As I thought through the permutations, a word popped into my weary head...
UNHOOK
We’re all hooked. Fixated on what drives us, risks and rewards, and he inner FUD that tears us up.
Beating in the chest, gripping in the shoulders, jamming in the neck.

By simply conjuring the image of momentarily unhooking from these deepseated discomforts I was able to breathe freely, to relax. Eventually to fall asleep.
Today I’m hooked all over again. But seeing that is the first step to releasing myself from the semi-trailer of stress I haul around behind me.

The most sure way to get rid of stress is Sweet, passionate kiss. It evokes a feeling of joy and satisfaction. Another, no less pleasant, way to relieve stress is sex. In addition to the self-evident "hormone of joy," sex will provide you with physical relaxation. After a stormy love you will not have the strength to be irritated and resentful:)

Oh it's really bad I think is it reason of stress, well don't worries take deeply breath and don't lose yourself, stay centered, you feel relax ..

I find myself daydreaming more and more lately ... it's like i'm continually behind in sleep. I'm a happy person but some days it seems like I've been doing the same thing for too long and that I'm kind of in a box of not exactly who I really am. But I guess we all have that! peace
Sometimes being Hooked takes you to unwanted condition. Some studies shows that you have to be near ones who treat you well and understand you.
If you have a relationship then Hug your partner then your stress will be released soon as I experienced 😜

As a writer, I write myself sane (Sexton). It’s my way of unburdening myself and breathing deeply. Reading helps, too, to slow down and still my beating heart. Walks out in nature are mind-clearing and can offer perspective.
When all else fails, Silence, and the realization that all is illusion 🙏🏼

In France I used to eat cheese , but in South Africa I smoke cheese and it helps a lot with the stress :)
The best way to get rid of stress is to get rid of the source of stress. But if there is no way to overcome the source of stress, the best way is to distract yourself.
You can use any methods, go to the movies for example. Or read a good interesting book. You can come up with a lot of ways to distract yourself, starting from a walk in the fresh air and ending with an intimate affinity with an attractive woman :)
All this is a matter of personal choice. But it's best not to take the situation too seriously and be positive.

Your writing is awesome even any newbie can get you in no time. Hooked is the main issue and everyone facing it in their lives.
I also feel hooked whenever I got stress and disturbance related to my life I always heat up. There is only one solution, don't take on nerves and make yourself feel relax all the time. :)

Yeah. I think writing down might have its advantages as well as disadvantages too.
When writing, you might not really get to pit down everything in the head.
But then in a video or an audio, u can get to say everything that comes to the mind.
But currently, I do more of writing cuz I'm not all that pretty to appear on a video. Lol.

Stress is always a pain in the ass to us human beings. There are many things that contribute to stress like traffic, work related, your in-laws, bad signal reception and etc. But there are many ways to combat stress. But me I just distract myself. Get out of the loop to what I'm doing like doing some walks or doing some stretching exercises. But when i'm at home I play with my dogs or tend to my small garden.
