oversimplified, a milk crate, and a plastic bag. basically cage the water, maybe make it floatable.
the query on how many coke bottles was cos the orriginal idea was a foot pedal'able bottle filler ... so everyone could have one, and make it ( the holder ) floatable, so downstream the water can be removed. and if its 'caged'
but cos of the adhd i then thought a plane can drop larger ones, that have a tether to the one above
and as they fill, water gets trapped
