I went to church today and the priest was preaching about the importance of maintaining a good heart as a human being. Many of us are focused on what everyone else thinks about us that we forget to take care of ourselves properly. We are always cautious of our appearances to the world that we neglect what's on the inside.
A person's heart is more important than everything else as it represents our soul. When the heart is good and of healthy habits then the rest of the body follows in its path because the heart is the engine of our beings. Where the heart goes, the mind follows and anything can thus be achieved when the two are working in harmony.
