Dry skin can have many reasons not only because of dehydration. Maybe your body needs more mineral water or you are using any wrong products. People have different skin but there are ways to deal with it :) I would recommend drinking 2 liters of still water plus these natural juices, trying to stop using any face products such as creams and try to switch over to natural products.
