Although the true nature of reality has been known and taught by many sources throughout the world over the ages, all of which are highly consistent and in broad agreement, it is also now being substantiated by modern quantum physics. and increasingly by other parts of the sciences as well. All of the sciences must sooner or later accept that reality just cannot be observed purely through a three-dimensional perspective. It is a reality of consciousness of which everyone and everything without exception is an integral and equal aspect of.
Religions constantly endeavor to teach their varying congregations how to serve their particular God or God’s according to a particular ‘belief system’ based upon the doctrines of their books or bibles. At the same time, a wholly materialistic view of life ultimately results in them thinking and living from a purely material perspective, resulting in a feeling of ‘separateness’ from the universe and even each other. This then makes them place emphasis on the temporal, material objects as if they are all that is meaningful in life, making them aim at gathering as much material possessions as possible in what is believed to be an ‘only life’, generally to increase perceived levels of ‘wealth and comfort’ so as to keep up appearances among people and constantly being egged on by family, friends, neighbors, work colleagues, and in a lot of cases prospective partners.
This has contributed to no small degree to the sad state of affairs in the world today. Riddled by fear, discontent, hate, envy, greed, self-centeredness, avarice, betrayal, dishonesty, poverty, suffering, a sense of insecurity and even violence. All this and a gross imbalance between the numbers of people who have, in most cases more than they could ever genuinely need in their entire lifetime! and the people who have little or nothing. The latter constituting the vast majority and who are constantly on survival mode, seemingly condemned to live each day in abject misery as if it were their last.
The honest and plain truth of the matter is that Mankind is directly responsible for the current state of things by the gross disuse of the very freewill granted by Source. Accordingly, only Mankind can bring about the state of harmony, peace, balance and happiness for itself and everyone.
So, why doesn’t everyone just you know…do it!? Well, the cruel joke is that most of Humanity are oblivious to the fact that this is the case. You have to be aware of a problem before you can cook up a solution and put into motion. People nowadays are swamped by the tides of life, instead of them being able to adjust their sails to move in the direction they are supposed to. They are subservient to the negative outcomes in their lives which they created for themselves!
How do we create our own realities?
One of the most important discoveries of quantum physics is that an individual electron can manifest either as a wave or particle, a characteristic of all sub-atomic particles, and also includes frequencies that were once thought to only manifest as waves, light, gamma, radio and x-rays, all of which can form from waves, to particles to waves again.
Physicists came to believe these particles should not be classified simply as waves or particles but a single all-encompassing classification, which came to be known as ‘Quanta’. Most importantly, scientists came to agree the whole Universe is made up of quanta. Quanta constitutes the primordial Light which has been known and thought by the wisdom of the ages.
One of the discoveries that proved to be most astonishing to physicists was the observation that the only time quanta ever manifest as particles is when people are actually looking at them. The significance of this is profound in understanding the true nature of reality.
Nothing can exist permanently unless it is observed, because it is mind that controls and shapes quanta of energy, and without that focus of the mind, the quanta would once again dissipate and become a ‘potential’ for something else. For example, if everyone in the world were to cease observing the world and its fullness, by ceasing to observe its perceived existence, then everything would cease to exist. There would be no thought energy to support the illusion of its existence anymore. This is why our planet, everything in/on her and even the entire physical Universe are referred to in some cultures as ‘maya’, an illusion.
Quantum physics completely confirms this by recognizing that something can only actually come into ‘existence’ when it is observed. Of course, existence is a term relative to the five physical senses. Everything that exists now has always existed and always will exist. It is only the illusion of form that changes in response to thought, mind. When something is observed, Quanta come together to form sub-atomic particles, these in turn form atoms, then molecules until finally something gets physically manifested into reality as a localized space-time event perceived by the five physical senses.
This process is the very basis by which each and every person creates their own reality. Every single thought as energy, directly and instantly influences the quantum field, causing quanta in the form of energy to arrange into a localized, observable event, object or influence.
Well, people might ask ‘How do things seem real, tangible and solid. To answer that, you should liken the behaviour of quanta to the reel of a film. When the reel of film is played, thousands of frames of individual images are passed over a light projector onto a screen, thereby giving the illusion of a solid moving scene. Quanta act in the same way. Countless quanta of energy are constantly moving in and out of an area of focus, coming together to appear to the senses as a solid object.
As you will see later in this article, understanding these extremely fundamental and important factors is the way towards always consciously creating the reality you desire, and to never attracting anything you do not desire into your reality.
Creating your own Reality
The process of creating anything you could possibly desire is a natural God-given ability that everyone possesses. Most people simply don’t know or realise this. The Universe is infinitely abundant, there are no limits on wealth or anything else. When you know without a doubt that you are a creator, a co-creator within this magnificent Universe we live in, an aspect of the Source, then you’ll know beyond any doubt deep in your being that you can realise all your wishes.
The process of manifesting your own reality is conceptually simple, consisting of the following 5 steps which are: Know, Ask, Experience/Receive, Action and Gratitude. We shall now take a more detailed look at each of these important steps to realising your wishes:
Know your Desire
This might seem pretty obvious, but the truth is most people simply do not know what they want. They may think they want this or they want that but never really consider it in great depth. Knowing what you really do want is an extremely important first step in manifesting a desire. So, before proceeding, take as much time as you need to contemplate on your desire. If necessary, meditate on it or ask for guidance.
Ask for your Desire
Ask and you shall receive. We are all here to evolve by means of our own free-will. Therefore, the Source never ever denies anyone’s request for anything whatsoever; there are no exceptions to this truth. Every wish is immediately and unconditionally granted; all we need to do is to know how to receive. It is in receiving however that most people fail to realize their wishes.
Experience your Desire
By experiencing, I do not mean physical experience, because by this time, you will not have the physical object or situation manifest in your experiential physical reality. The experience is therefore at this stage one of the imagination. Whenever you are undisturbed and your mind is clear of thoughts, take the opportunity to relax as deeply as possible by taking a few deep breaths, and imagine yourself to be in the presence of the object or situation of your desires. Use all five senses within your imagination to the maximum extent in order to experience your desires. Feel it, live it and be an integral part of it. For the time you are involved with this exercise, you must be totally at one with the object or situation of your desires. This process is particularly powerful just before going to sleep at night and after awaking in the morning before arising from bed.
Action towards your Desire
If for example you need to manifest a new house, you should take action to physically go out and look for one. You do not have to worry whether you can afford it or not, that would be a negative emotion resulting in the negative influence of energy, and in any case the realization of your house is not your concern, it is for the Universe, The Source, God to materialise the object of your desire, your wishes, your request into your own reality. In the case of your new house, the very act of physically going out and looking for the house of your desires will not only project the positive Energy of Intent, but will also very considerably and favourably influence other emotions such as excitement, all of which will add to the net positive effect of the positive energy you are harmonizing towards realising your desires. The same principle applies to any material thing or situation; the more you physically take steps in the direction of your desire, the more emotion you can feel as a result, the more you can integrate the object of your desire into your very Being, the more powerful the effect will be and the sooner you will be able to manifest it into your physical reality.
Gratitude for your Desire
Gratitude is another extremely important emotional energy you really must project when manifesting your desires. Now, before we move onto why gratitude is so important, we must understand that gratitude has nothing whatsoever to do with thanking a personified ‘God’ according to dogmatic religion who enjoys being praised, flattered and worshipped etc. for his ‘work’. Those are merely religious doctrines that have absolutely nothing or little to do with reality, The Source, with God. God does not respond to such notions that are purely and simply Human constructs originating in a lack of understanding of the true nature of the Divine. The power of gratitude functions at several levels. To feel sincerely grateful is to be in tune with the Universe. It conveys the energy that you already know and appreciate the fact that you are an integral aspect of The Source, and that you are grateful for being a conscious, infinite, immortal being and co-creator within the magnificent Universe in all of its energy levels of glory, splendor and creation. Gratitude also conveys an acknowledgement for having received the object of your desire. Remember, you must always at all times think in terms of physically having the object of your desire actually within your physical possession. For example, ‘I am most grateful for my new house’. Along with those thoughts should be the feeling of the most intense gratitude for what you have already received from the Universe. Gratitude makes the object of your desires a real, tangible, integral aspect of your own reality, and the more real it is to you the sooner it will manifest into your personal experiential reality.
These five steps will enable you to manifest absolutely anything at all into your own physical reality. Once learned, you will apply these steps naturally in your ongoing existence, and you will become a conscious creator of your own reality, shaping your world in precise accordance with your desires. It’s a YOUniverse after all, and YOU can enjoy a magical life of unlimited joy, harmony and fulfillment, always knowing that there is absolutely nothing you cannot be, do or have!

STOP@eluemina Excellent post ...... very pleasant revelation, and as an input to this I would say: Religions are nothing more than an extension of human endeavor, a constant and unrelenting search for the truth, peace, spirit, soul, and our essence.
I know better than anyone else because I am a devout Christian, and I know very well my faith and my spirituality and stated convincingly that Christianity is not a religion, it is a faith and in the best of cases, a doctrine similar to any humanist doctrine or idealistic already known, In fact, nowhere in the Bible uses the word religion as the property of Christianity, instead there is a strong and direct criticism of the hypocrisy and the falsity of the religions of the world, which is rubbish, concupiscences of mankind, vanity, conceit, are only traditions and rituals without logical sense nor practical.
Spirituality has nothing to do with such nonsense, is more of a search for inner peace and integrity.
Light and empty:
the tireless pursuit of light as the truth of each individual without contemplating the self imposed nonsense of life, the vacuum is similar to inner peace, nothing of traditions, stereotypes, customs, rituals or prepositions.
