When you speak of your existence what is it that comes in to your mind, you are always you, you have been you every since the day you were born. but how have you come to the concusion that you really are what you think you are.
The real you
Metaphysical paradox is one of the key secret of life, You really have to think your existence is one of the most complex creation the uiverse has ever fathomed. It is good to be you, It is a gift to be known as an intelligence life form. But what is it that makes you unique, and your existence has that answer. like it does when you witness the birth of life at first, it is more of a maricle than a gift. Your existence is not fully real, because you may not notice this but you are not real because of the material world that you feel and touch and hear or smell, you are real because your consciouness made you aware of all those material and the physical world.
It really is that simple you live your life in your mind but what is it that made your mind come alive, you consciouness. as you are fully become aware of this you will indeed relaise that your consciouness is the true and the only form of existence and it simply does not die when you die. but it transitions and becomes apart of a higher dimension.
As the great Alan Watts put it, How does it feel to go to sleep and never have to wake up, and how does it feel like waking up after never having to fall asleep. You are truely eternal. and it shall be like that.

I watched some of Alan Watts vid in the past, and I really like the "Music and Life. I will surely check that one out!
