Yeah we have less regulations here in cr. Making wait time to build minimal
Oh I bet! sometimes it takes weeks just to get some permits pulled and inspectors on site.

It is just everyone expects something when you are building a house. The government expects the most lol!
yeah its to bad rules and regulations has created no progress. every house is built the same shitty way, safety and comfort lead to a docile and degenerative society, more conceded about grooming than procreation... should be an interesting 50 years ahead.
