From what I've heard, the owner is a great guy, and while I never met him, others have given glowing reports about him. Once the cause has been determined, then we'll have a better idea on whether the company has a future here, as they have a second complex not far away from this one.

From your description of the work environment it sounds horrible. It seems it was a disaster waiting to happen and it may just unfolded. If the owner allowed those work conditions, are they such good people? Maybe, but I am not sure. Here i am being judgmental, when I shouldn't be.
Oh no, they meant he was great as far as his temperament. The place was an accident waiting to happen. You could see the particles floating in the air, and some of the workers teased me for wearing PPE to protect, my lungs.
The death toll now stands at 7 after they pulled more bodies out of the rubble. I'd say that owner is in a lot of trouble...
I am sure they will be. I just pray for the families.
