The Most Memorable Incident of my Life

It was a bright sunny day about two days ago and i was as happy as a lark because I was going on a journey with my family.We were heading towards Kalash valley.It took almost three days to reach the valley with small visits to other cities on the way .We were travelling the bus. THE way to kalash valley was very beautiful and at some places it was quite deep and dark.We had a lot of fun on the way .It was not a smooth traveling although my father kept telling me about everything we saw or passed through.He also told me about the coustoms of Kalash people. It was a hard nut to crack but on entering Kalsah valley it all become crystal clear.A fresh weather with stunning beauty of nature!We checked in a hotel. The people of Kalash invited us to their homes and offered us with fruits ,vegetables and lots of dishes that increased our appetite.Kalash valley girls cultural dress

We were having a great time until one day when I was standing at the balcony of my hotel room,I heard sudden noises.People were crying out loudly so i ran and suddenly I saw a flood advancing towards the valley.People were crying for help .It was a devastating scene!It was playing havoc with everything coming in its way.

I witnessed many people losing their homes,fields,gardens and even their lives.It was a horrible sight.Animals were drowning in flood water.It took about 24 hours for help to arrive.The government had sent help.Helicopters were sent for transportation and soon we were back to home.

Then i came to know the reality of this world and our lives.We are nothing here,and there is nothing for us here.We must do good deeds for the life hereafter.
