The festive mayonnaise salad issued in the form of pineapple from usual boiled vegetables and chicken with cheese and eggs.

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 3 pieces

Onions (napiform) – 2 heads

Carrots – 1 piece

Fillet (chicken) – 0,5 kilograms

The grains of walnuts which are (not crushed) – 100-150 grams

Cucumbers (marinated, gherkins) – 6 pieces

Egg (chicken, dietary) – 3 pieces

Cheese (average hardness, average salinity) – 150 grams

Mayonnaise (30% or 67% of fat content) – 150-180 grams

Onions (green) – 1 bunch

Parsley greens – 1 bunch

Salt (sea) – to taste.


Recipe of preparation:

Slightly we will rinse chicken fillet under cold flowing water, we will cut on several parts that it was quicker boiled, we will bring to full readiness in the otstoyanny, boiling, added some salt water. We will cook as usual broth. At first we will collect foam, then we will send the small peeled bulb and the washed peeled carrots to broth. It is possible to add 4-5 branches of greens of parsley – it will impact to the boiled meat special unique relish. We cook broth on slow fire.

We will get the cooked fillet from broth, we will cool it, we will suppress by means of a fork on small fibers or we will cut in small pieces. It is possible to trim small fibers from fillet with hands. Meanwhile we will wash out potatoes under cold flowing water and we will boil in a uniform to full readiness. Then we will cool, we will peel, we will grate. We will peel the remained head of onions and we will cut in small pieces, we will fill in with boiled water for a couple of minutes that the bitterness and a pungent smell of onions left. Then we will merge water or we will choose onions from boiled water by means of a trellised spoon.

Cucumbers we will cut in small cubes. We will hard-boil eggs, we will cook within 10-12 minutes that didn't reach "blue". We will cool, we will peel and we will suppress a fork. We will grate cheese, we will spread ready ingredients layers on a beautiful, festive dish of an oval form. We will grease all layers with mayonnaise, but it isn't plentiful, and without pressing a spoon. At first we will lay out potatoes, then onions. The layer of cucumbers will be between meat layers. Meat and cucumber layers are filled in with mayonnaise very little. Then we will lay out eggs, crushed a fork. On an egg layer we will lay out cheese.

We will fill in the top layer of salad with mayonnaise as it is possible better and we will decorate with halves of grains of walnuts. From above we will cover with greens of parsley or onions. Previously we will wash greens under cold flowing water and we will dry. In a festive oval dish we will receive ready salad, in the form of pineapple.
