It depends on how you characterize “meat”. A crude ribeye steak, fat trimmed off, has small to none of your vitamins A, C, E, D, and K; exceptionally small folate, another vitamin; and exceptionally small calcium or manganese. But in case you permit yourself other creature items, you’ll do a parcel superior. Eggs can make up for the lost vitamins A, E, D, and folate, for the case. Still, you’re at the genuine hazard of scurvy.

Dairy is disputable: in a few bunches it’s permitted, in others you’re empowered to stay to butter and dodge drain, and for the perfectionists, it’s not truly being a carnivore. A few bunches call themselves “zero carbs,” although that name could be a misnomer if you eat dairy; milk contains tons of lactose, which may be a sugar and thus a carb.
