সারাদিন কর্মব্যস্ততার পর একটু বাহিরে ঘুরাঘুরি আর একটু খাওয়া দাওয়া না করলে মন ভালো থাকে না। বাসায় বসে বড়ই একঘেয়েমি লাগে। মাঝে মাঝে সেজে বাহিরে বন্ধবিদের সাথে ঘুরলে মন ভালো হয়ে যায়। তাছাড়া বাচ্চাদের সাথে বাহিরে ঘুরলে তাদের মানুষিক বিকাশ ভালো হয়। বাহিরের জগতের সাথে তাদের ছোট থেকেই পরিচিত করানো উচিত ।। সেজন্য তাদের সাথে করে প্রতিদিন একটু ঘুরতে যাওয়া দরকার ।
আমার বান্ধবির ছেলে জাহিন অনেক দুষ্টু । কিন্তু আমাকে খুব ভালো বাসে ওঁদের বাসায় গেলে আমাকে কিছুতেই আসতে দিতে চাইনা। খুব কান্না করে। বাসায় গেলে আমি ওর জন্য চকলেট নিয়ে যায়।বাহিরে ঘুরতে নিয়ে যায়। এদানিং ছেলেটা মোটা হয়ে যাচ্ছে । সে জন্য সবাই ওকে মোটুবাবু বলে।
যাইহোক বাচ্চাদের নিয়মিত বাহিরে নিয়ে যাওয়া এবং একটু হাঁটাহাঁটির অভ্যাস করানো দরকার এতে তাদের ব্যায়্যাম হয়ে যায় এবং সাস্থ্য ভালো থাকে। ঘরের মধ্যে সারাদিন আবদ্ধ থাকলে তারা বরিং হয়ে পড়ে । এই জন্য একটু পার্কে অথবা কোন ফাঁকা যায়গাতে হাঁটানো দরকার ।
