oh man, i never knew... a healthy river flows. so being active is the key. you can overcome anything! we trust in you.
maybe specific exercises could help you walk more. if you can walk now, there is no reason Not to keep on trying to walk more. i bet you can run a bit too if you want. i believe in you.

I'm not giving up. I plan to use the walker to take the dogs around the neighborhood. I am not a quitter.
