From ink to pixels in steemit

Several months ago I am reading a very interesting book that talks about positive attitudes, communication and leadership. It is the second book that the author has published and to shorten the words, it is a Venezuelan coach with multiple titles who on one occasion, among his works, offered to be a psychologist of the vinotino team (football team of Venezuela).

Throughout his two books he narrates relevant anecdotes of his life, his experiences and offers guidance and advice as a professional coach, NLP and other titles. The curious thing about these books is that both the first and the second, he writes very jocularly, with a mischief that characterizes the Venezuelan and you get at least one smile on each sheet you read.

Among his phrases and reflections, I am very interested in a phrase that I consider to be quite profound and at the same time it says everything:

"Each person must be open to listen and never stop thinking that every decision should have as its main purpose to resolve conflicts, add well-being, maintain or regain balance, therefore, you should stop to reflect and be attentive to examine the immediate impact that they will produce their decisions, and project towards the future, anticipating the possible consequences of what we can decide today."

It is an analysis that I admit I have not fulfilled fully. On several occasions I have made decisions based on personal beliefs, like someone who says "in my opinion" and playing down the consequences.

It is a reflection that is worth learning to improve communication with others, the "how you see" others, the real messages behind each emotional charge that a person tries to express and how to analyze what you generate.

As he says, we must be open to listen, be willing to analyze situations and inform ourselves so that when making the decision, it is objective, taking into account that the effect of that decision will be like a drop when it falls on the water, generates a wave that moves around and touches objects with an energy that depends on its proximity.

Make a decision where you get your wellbeing and happiness, without affecting the others and so we will all win as much as possible.

This is my appreciation of the reflection, of course, adding a little more than what I have learned from his book. If you have any anecdote where you have applied this, do not hesitate to share it, it can be very important for someone who is reading you.
