I once got an advise that really changed my life. Because I am a people pleaser too, and I love to help. The advice was this....
"Never give an advise unless its specifically been asked for."
Sounds easy, but if you really look into it, we always give advices and opinions when no one is asking for them! Besides, people try to help and give advise from their life experience and perspective, doesn't make it right or wrong, but it might be something that doesn't work for you. To make things short.....life is so hard!
