Reputation is increasing when Steemians with a HIGHER Reputation than yourself vote your posts - has nothing to do with Earnings etc - earnings are related to the Steempower of the people voting for you (no amtter what repuation they have) - a lot high power owners (Whales) have much less Repuation as you might think.
