I started my sales career in a well-known Life Insurance company. It was my first job and the company was one of the best and today they are still on the top.
They were hiring new sales candidates to promote their new products across the country.
As soon as I applied I was hired. I must confess, at that time there were no jobless situation like today, and it was easier to find jobs especially in sales, hotels, distribution, retail companies.
The market was there and the companies were expanding.
After a brief welcome they send me, for one week in training. We were from all over the country newly hired 15 young blood ready to learn and start a new career.

The company had several plans and propositions for individuals and also for companies. After our training we were only 6 left. I was very happy to be selected and I started immediately to work. For the new beginners it was important to understand the real meaning of working in this kind of job being daily in contact with families and business communities. It was essential and important to know, what we were proposing in order not to fail and lose a customer. A customer in Insurance can stay lifelong and bring all the family members and business friends. As a sales person we must handle with all our devotion and knowledge in order to give trust and build a good relation.
The real purpose of life insurance is to protect your family and your business.

Not protecting your family in case of death can be financially a disaster and in most cases families would be in trouble financially.

Secondly life insurance is a vital part for your business and for the successor in case of an exit or disability. And to protect the portfolio so that if anything happens the business will not go bankrupt and it can run smoothly.
I know we never think that one day we will be retired or have a heart failure, accident.

The third main reason to have a Life Insurance is to prepare the retirement financially in a good condition. Today we know what we are doing, but do we know where and what can happen tomorrow. Better to prepare the future and protect in first hand ourselves and our family.
