Well, Linux is open source, meaning that the code is publicly available to people to review. That's how this exploit was found before hackers began using it. Windows code is closed source. No one can review it, so exploits are found only by people that reverse engineer the code, without the permission of the publisher. When exploits are found in Windows code, those that find them have only liability to the publisher when they publish them, because they violated the copyright of the publisher when they reverse engineered it. People have different motivation to look for exploits in Windows code than Linux code because of that, and such exploits in closed source code are sold to hackers rather than revealed to the public.

Thanks!

Dear @valued-customer !
Thank you for kind advice!
I understood that you said Linux is more secure than Windows! Unfortunately, I know absolutely nothing about Linux!😂

Five years ago all I knew was that Windoze was cancer, so I just built a new box and installed Linux on it. It just werked. I never went back, and won't. It's not even hard. The malevolent company I provided so much data to over many years is out of my life, and that was what I wanted. I am utterly confident that you have the necessary ability to do the same, and your life may depend on it, given the atrocious privacy laws in E. Asia.

The government has mandated the use of Windows, so Linux cannot be used!

There is your clue,...

I've used linux for many years and have few complaints.
I won't be going back to windows.

Dear @antisocialist !
Thank you for advice!

That's their opinion. You are sovereign. Have your own opinion.

Dear @valued-customer !
I agree with you!
By the way, Because overlords depend on Bill Gates, they make the use of Windows mandatory for government agencies and banks!
