It's my second post, I know it, but well, let's start


I had said this blog would be about personal thoughts and feelings and there is always a way to start. I  know I'm an engineer, one of many, people probably think we are just as  squared as a cube, but most of the time it is not true. I know I have lived a short time, but I've gathered experiences enough that showed me the crude world we are living in. I will talk about "problems" that we generate from negative feelings borned from situations that didn't quit hit the mark.

Not everything is like we would like it to be


This is a common phrase in many languages. We usually expect great things, a shiny world with no troubles, at least we need things to go like we wish, mostly when they have never gone worse in our lives. I don't mean bad times make people to be stronger or better, or good times do the opposite, Commonly it is just about that specific moment we, individually, are living. Those moments, the ones that never came as we expected, will eventually clash with our feelings, and those moments can crush our minds and corrupt our thoughts, and is at that point when disappointment, hatred, and depression fill our hearts even when they alredy ended, when it happened, but in our thoughts never passed. The "worst part" is always faced by us, because we are the ones that are living that, individually, and each person is affected in different ways. And every problem, every failure, every turn around can break our heart a little every time it happens, leaving in there negative feelings, that can turn us in erratic people.

You are not the only one affected


We can believe that everyone, the world or even the universe, is conspiring against us, but at the end this is not true, bad feelings make us believe it. If you payed attetion to the previous image, you can see an erratic person colored in yellow, but that person is not alone, is surrounded by "free of problem" people (blue, pink, green and red), they could be your family, friends, even an acquantience you see at school, at the job, at the University or outside. And they can be affected, not by your problems, not by what you are feeling, at least, not directly, they can be affected by our way to react, to anwser, to act.

They will understand, maybe they won't, most of the time they will. The problem comes when none of them want to stand your problems anymore because they start to feel that you are too toxic in their life. And it sounds sad, but is what people do, even when there is always place in your family and they try to heal you, maybe you won't feel it on that way, and you will not listen, you will not see that the true problem is you because negative feelings blind even the purest heart. And your problem will be not solved until you get over it, until you change your mind, until you ease your pain, and that's the point I want to share with this post.

There are many things we can do but you have to clear your mind first


It is quit "simple" to solve those problems you just have to follow what I said at the end of the previous point. But it will never be easy to get over something that left scars in you. Motivation is the keyword and you have to start thinking that you are not helping you. If it is not for you, try to think that the people that surrounds you is feeling you, and your negative feelings will only grow if you don't stop them, this is not about deleting those feelings, it is not about avoid them, you have to really get over them. This will be healthy, will be better for you, for your relatives and friends. 

Now how to clear your mind?


There is not a "magical" method, or something similar to do it, this is only possible by a great effort and a powerful will. But there are several advices that will help you to do it. 

  • Never being alone is the best way to not get crazy, try to talk to your family and friends, try to share what you feel, it can help a lot, but it is really important that you listen and be patient, you are the only one who knows how you feel, every one else needs help to understand, help them to help you.
  • Don't go through an "easy way", because there is not an "easy way" if the problem really affected you.
  • Cut those relation that could be toxic in your life, bad company most of the time, people that swear being your friends but they don't even care about you. Maybe someone that you "love" but the only thing he or she does is hurting you. It sounds to be difficult but you have to believe, it will help.
  •  Finally you have to focus your mind in something you like, this is the best part, even when this is related with those negative feelings, don't give up, you will do it better, or better things will happen, just try to be happy being an artist, a scientist, an engineer, or whatever you want, just focus on it.

And what happened if I don't get any results?


Just keep in mind what I say, pain is not eternal, just try to live your life, try to clean your heart of these negative feelings that only gives way to a bad emotional status, and if your mind and feelings are not healthy, the others sides like your body health and your social health can be affected, and it could be worse, you don't even imagine how many diseases, even cancer, could be stopped with a positive attitude, so, Don't let problems break your life.
