There is one requirement to being creative:
You must stand above the crowd and be willing and brave enough to be different.
To have a point of view or an opinion that is your own, that isn't anybody else's.
That is creative.
To be yourself, and to not do things that you don't like doing. And to do the things that you like doing even if nobody else likes them too.
That is creative.
YOU have the potential to be creative, however in order to cultivate this creativity you must be willing to be different, and you can't be afraid of embarassing yourself.
Think of a rockstar. He is up on stage not only because he likes it, but also because so many people are simply afraid to go up themselves.
So yes, some people aren't creative, but only because they're too afraid to be so.
