College offering cryptos and blockchain tech courses to their students will add more to the development of the Blockchain system and this will surely develop the world for good.
I think such educational system should be implemented in tertiary institutions like colleges, polytechnics and universities. I am very sure this course will have huge amount of aspirants because everyone now wants to be part of the Blockchain technology because most people want to start making money. It will be more preferable if the tutors involved are highly experienced blockchain developers and educators to enable them teach the students in an easy manner.
Are you aware of any of them in your country?
In my country, there are courses that can lead you to study blockchain technology which is computer science and computer engineering. Most schools in my country are is such that you must be capable of learning some aspects related to developing the world and solving human problems via technology. This is why most computer science students delve into programming and writing codes to solve human problems.
Since the world of blockchain is now becoming ubiquitous by every individual, there is high tendency of lecturers giving their students projects related to the blockchain and cryptos system just since it is also under the concept of internet and technology.
I also know of students who are into blockchain technology and cryptos because it is something they love to be part of and this made them developed their interest in it such that they even make huge amounts of money by engaging in blockchain related projects.
In conclusion, if schools every schools adopt this system it will be a great advantage to everyone in the world of cryptos and blockchain. I am also in support of initiating such a great program in every schools around the world.

We could not deny the growth of the Blockchain and its benefits, it is not surprising that the universities began to give courses on that subject, big industries are dabbling in the Blockchain technology from the PNC bank that will now use xCurrent of Ripple to the projects of BMW.
