Researchers claim that drinking water with salt has many health benefits
Both water and salt are essential to life, so the combination of these two ingredients gives us a product much better absorbed by our body.
A glass of salty water is rich in minerals that the body quickly recognizes and absorbs. That happens due to the relation between the positive ions of salt with the negative water molecules.


Of course, we're talking about natural, unprocessed salt, e.g., Himalayan or sea salt.
Traditional salt is chemically cleaned, and dried at temperatures up to 650 degrees Celsius, and as a result, all nutrients are destroyed. I personally chose the Himalayan salt because, at this moment, seas and oceans are very polluted with heavy metals and radioactive elements. Recent reports say that the effects of the nuclear accident in Fukushima are increasingly scary, so I avoid sea salt.

Recipe for the mix

  • For 1 liter​ of water, we use ¼ tablespoon of Himalayan salt, remember not to put too much salt
  • Drink the mix in the morning 30 minutes before meal for 7 days, after that; you have to take a break
  • Remember to drink at least 1, 5-2 liters​ of clean water every day during the salt treatment.

When buying Himalayan salt, make sure that is a ​genuine​ product, there is a lot of ​fakes available​ on the market right now ​because this salt has become pretty popular.
The original mix comes from the Eastern border of Karakoram in the Himalayas, Pakistan - where there was once a salty ocean. The salt draws its pink color from the iron it contains.

Great read.. The best effect of pink salts is the alkalizing effect. If you are trying lose weight staying alkaline will melt fat away, provided you are being active. Also a capful of apple cider vinegar + lime/lemon + pink salts and you will be able to avoid most colds/flus. It is part of my daily regiment now and i will never look back ,
