This is the job I'm doing today. Preparing rice fields for paddy planting. Several small paddy piles were visible in front of me. I work under the hot sun. The beautiful scenery made me not feel tired. The blue sky was visible above my head, the day was very bright.
Slowly I began to use the hoe to till the ground until it was ready for cultivation. Maybe in a few days I will do the planting with the help by my parents. Today I am alone in the paddy fields, the winds of rice fields make my body feel cold, with in the company of some green trees near my place of activity. In a day I only work from 08:00 am to 15:35 pm. This I do every day. I've been doing it for 7 days. Work like this is really tiring, and only done by the villagers. Rice is the staple food of the people of Aceh.
Various supplies I brought from home, I just brought a pack of rice and a bottle of water, I put it into a bag that looks on my shoulder. Not to forget I also wear headgear to avoid the very hot sun. Hopefully this year my harvest is abundant.
While I was working, someone came up to ask me about the paddy field problem or paddy problem that I would plant, after a little joke, I asked her to take a picture of me working on holding a hoe.
