I do know just a little about Ramakrishna mission and Swami Vivekananda. From what I have learnt over the years it is a wonderful mission - are you connected with them?

Sadhguru is not really concerned by the calendar, or the Gregorian so called new year for that matter, his message is timeless. Also I do not think we don't need to get rid of anybody - just truly meditate with all.
