Interesting discussion. I can see where all the cards from opened packs will increase the amount of points used in the airdrop caculation. Thus each DEC will pay out less each day. But I can also see the point where DEC will be used to buy packs because many people have their SPS staked to earn vouchers. Unstaking will take awhile so packs may all be bought with DEC instead of SPS.

Nowadays I also stake all of my SPS, but not necessarily to earn vouchers. When I started staking it, I did not even know about vouchers.
