3 Things Every Man Needs in His Life

in #life6 years ago

I want to help men understand why they were put on this planet, I hope this provides a sense of clarity and authenticity to your soul.

The Rundown:

Men's purposes have always been clouded since the beginning of time and here's why...

As humans we always tend to look to answer life's biggest question, what do I want to do in life? And usually, we look to our "passion" for the answers. Let's look at the word passion for a minute.

Passion is what we humans refer to has something we love to do. We don't like to be forced to do it but we love to do it when we want to do it. I love riding roller coasters but pay me $15/hr for 40 hours a week for 40 years and I guarantee you I won't love it anymore. Better yet pay me $50/hr for 40 hours and 40 years and I still won't end up loving it at age 65.

We have a tendency to confuse what we want to do in life as our passion and when we pursue a passion in the workforce we are molded to think of our passion as a 'need to do' and not a 'want to do'. We confuse ourselves in this area of life and we set our futures up for a deteriorating downfall to unsatisfaction. The situation I'm describing both reflects men and women alike but I'd like to offer these thoughts on what men can do to prevent this form of misconception. I'd like to help men know exactly why they were put on this earth.

The 3 Things:

So to clearly articulate man's purpose we can break down their soul into three things. Now let's get this straight and out of the way. Men don't have a passion they have a fire. They have a fire in their soul that inclines them to fight. Not physical, no, but a fire to fight for something and someone. Men don't have a passion, they don't have an interest in business, arts, sciences, they have a fire inside of them for fighting. Why do men go off to war to fight for leaders whom they have never shaken their hands? Because they have a fire inside to fight for something and someone.

1- Every man needs a battle to fight in.

Your job and occupation are not a battle... Sorry Johnny but loading boxes off a truck every morning is not a battle that most men are seeking to fight. Men want to fight for causes, men want to fight for things they believe in and men want to fight for a woman.

2- Every man needs a woman to fight for.

It's at the core of every man, and not to offend anyone but yes EVERY man regardless of sexuality. Sidenote- homosexuality is the result of environmental impacts in human development stages. All men are born with these same three desires and it's only our environment that causes us to be misled by these three things. Society has shaped warriors of men to 'nice guys' to 'soft guys' to... well you know.

3- Every man needs an adventure to live.

We all long for adventure in our lives. We long for an escape to run wild and live where no one can be a boss to you. We want to run and not to stop until our hearts are fulfilled. We want to experience the wonders this world has to offer. We get so motivated to do something amazing and then we fall back into our safe space and our shells. We don't break free, and those who break free are susceptible to pressing conformists who have a stroke when they here to word "change".

Reality

Most guys chase girls and are left broken. This is so true for many reasons and that's because they have it backwards. They look for a woman to fight for without even knowing what they're fighting. If you search for someone first without a reason to fight for her or you own adventure your undertaking. You won't her or the relationship won't last. Because a little isnight guys, women want adventure too, they want to apart of your adventure and they want to see you fight for her and if you're not doing those two things already, you automatically have nothing to give her. "Wow this guy is straight up and real" yeah so stop pitying yourself and face these facts. Stop being soft and face your wounds, man up, and chase a dream not a girl. Don't confuse the two.
