Q-2: Now a days You will find many opportunities to Blame others for not helping Someone needy. Have you ever thought of Helping someone with your own blood??
What you will do, if this situation appears??

I am talking about Thalassemia... A Hereditary disease caused by faulty haemoglobin synthesis.

It Needs the Patient, Frequently Transfussion of Blood with same blood group.So, it is very difficult task to have someone with same blood group willing to / able to donate blood Unless there are Volunteers.
