Eh, if someone is addicted to their phone or social media or whatever, there is obviously something at the root of their addiction. They are coping with something or ignoring something, whatever. Not using their phone isn't going to suddenly fix their problems, they'll likely just move onto something else to be addicted to.

That is the reason people should educate themself about who or what they are, that is the only way to stop a addiction and to prevent yourself getting a new one. For example i could have make this post about alcohol or drugs or gamble, but not everyone have that problem. And a phone is something what almost everyone have, even children. There for i had chosen for a phone. So the main reason for a addiction is from my point of view that people are ignorant about how they could be addicted, and i used the phone to make a example of the problem what almost everyone have.
